Hassle-Free Returns Within 30 Days

📦 Eligibility

✅ Accepted:

• Unused/unworn items with original tags

• Defective/damaged products (report within 48hrs of delivery)

• Wrong items shipped (our mistake)

❌ Not Accepted:

• Final sale/clearance items

• Products without original packaging

• Perishable/custom-made goods

⏳ Timeframe

• 30-Day Window: From delivery date

• Extended Holidays: Purchases made Nov 15-Dec 25 get until Jan 10

🔙 Return Process

1. Request: Email returns@vitoomstore.com with:

   • Order #

   • Product photos (if defective)

2. Approval: Get RMA# within 24hrs

3. Ship Back: Use prepaid label (US) or self-ship (international)

💸 Refunds

• Method: Original payment

• Timing: 3-5 business days after inspection

• Deductions:

  • 15% restocking fee (non-defective returns)

  • Return shipping costs (unless our error)

🔄 Exchanges

• Free size/color swaps (US only)

• Subject to availability

📦 Shipping Costs

• Free Returns: For defective/wrong items

• Customer Pays: $7.99 prepaid label (US) or actual cost (international)
